AS HUMAN BEINGS

AS HUMAN BEINGS, each of us has a ternary (3 options) choice to make—about our attitude toward life and the world around us. Upon reflection, the choice almost immediately becomes binary. The first choice is that you, or I, or any person, has a clear and complete understanding of How Things Are. The Way Things Work. As I say, with a minimum of thought, this attitude can be quickly discarded. None of us has a complete and thorough understanding of how we ourselves work and who we are—psychologically, spiritually, mentally, morally, physically—let alone others, let alone the universe.
Therefore we are left with two choices. Either things are less than we think—in terms of meaning, significance, beauty, interrelationship, and connection—a bunch of subatomic particles and waves bumping into and glomming onto one another on their eventual way to nowhere—or things are MORE than we think they are. All things, all people, all creatures and beings, all stones and stars and trees and flowers and every aspect seen and unseen. It is all More Than We Know.
I prefer the second choice. I also think it is far more likely.
