Cancellation Policy:

• 60+ days before retreat start date: 100% refund
• 31-59 days before retreat start date: 50% refund
• 30 days or less before retreat start date: No refund

Important Notes:

• This policy applies to all retreat registrations.
• No-shows will not be refunded.
• No lodging changes once deposit is made.
• If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us, via email to douglaswoodmn@gmail.com as soon as possible.
• We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Exceptions:

• Medical Emergencies: Documentation from a physician may be required for a majority refund, regardless of cancellation date.
• Natural Disasters: If the retreat location is directly impacted by a natural disaster (e.g., hurricane, earthquake), the retreat may be rescheduled or canceled with full refunds issued.
