EVERY WINTER KATHY LOOKS FORWARD to attending the Lake Home And Cabin Show, as we own two cabins on two different bodies of water. A source of good ideas and Northwoods cabin ambiance, and occasionally a product that we actually need! As well as loon calls and a touch of summer and some fun. Today we got a high-tech, tree pruning package including loppers and pole saw, met a good arborist, got info on helping red-headed woodpeckers and discouraging garlic mustard, and looked into goats as companions in my never-ending battle with buckthorn. A great show ( MPLS Convention Center all weekend) and a fine afternoon!
